Responsible for creating meat batches according to predetermined formulas to meet specific fat requirements. Tasks include performing fat analysis tests, adjusting batches, and documenting data in a computerized system.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, and proficient in English reading, writing, and basic math. Experience with Excel and the ability to work in extreme temperatures and high-noise environments are required.
