The HR Generalist will manage operative HR tasks across the entire employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and personnel administration. They will also support leadership and staff at the Mittersill site while contributing to organizational development and digitalization initiatives.
Candidates must have a completed commercial education with a focus on Human Resources and several years of professional experience in an industrial or production environment. Proficiency in Austrian labor law, German and English language skills, and experience with HR systems like Workday or SAP are required.

Du möchtest gemeinsam mit Menschen, Führungskräften und Kolleg:innen die Zukunft von WOLFRAM aktiv mitgestalten? In dieser vielseitigen HR-Generalistenrolle bist du Teil des österreichischen HR-Teams und zentrale Ansprechperson am Standort Mittersill. Du begleitest operative HR-Themen entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Kolleg:innen bei Wolfram sowie den globalen HR-Expert:innen von Sandvik zusammen.
Wir suchen eine hands-on Persönlichkeit mit Standing, die Verantwortung übernimmt, Themen aktiv vorantreibt und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen klar und lösungsorientiert bleibt. Gleichzeitig bringst du das nötige Fingerspitzengefühl mit, um Vertrauen bei Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften und dem Betriebsrat aufzubauen.
Du kommunizierst klar, wertschätzend und auf Augenhöhe, kannst unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenbringen und tragfähige Beziehungen aufbauen.
Eine strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke runden dein Profil ab.
Basierend auf dem anzuwendenden Kollektivvertrag ist für diese Position ein Mindestgehalt ab jährlich brutto 53.000,- (Vollzeit) vorgesehen. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
