Az új kolléga egy 12 fős csapat tagja lesz, akik a Lokális és Csoportszintű képzések megvalósításáért felelnek.
Milyen feladatokra számíthatsz?
· A kollégák támogatása tréningek, workshopok és konferenciák szervezésében
· End-to-end szervezési feladatok a Belső Akadémia felületének kezelésében, coachingok adminisztrációja és új belépők számára szervezett oktatások kezelése
· Riportok készítése, pénzügyi folyamatokban való közreműködés (pl. számlakezelés)
· A felnőttképzési adatszolgáltatási rendszerben történő adminisztráció segítése
· SAP és SuccessFactors irodai alkalmazások napi szintű használata
