About Smalt

Demand for skilled craftsmen is exploding, yet much of the industry is still stuck in the analogue era. Productivity has hardly improved for decades, and growth is stagnant: too much time is lost to paperwork instead of billable hours. At the same time, the workforce is aging, and as the boomer generation retires without successors, the gap between supply and demand keeps growing.
