Its Series C funding valued the company at $1.2 billion, and it is backed by investors including Sapphire Ventures, Amplify Partners, ICONIQ Growth, Bain Capital Ventures, Y Combinator, and Afore Capital. Hundreds of companies rely on Hightouch, including Autotrader, Calendly, Cars.com, Monday.com, and PetSmart. The founders were early employees of Segment and started Hightouch to address limitations of the legacy CDP market.
