Complete documentation of services provided.

Demonstrate comprehension of abuse, neglect, and exploitation and report accordingly.

Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of participants always.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Accurately report time worked and appropriately use payroll software.

Assist in production and quality standards. Intercept for quality control. Assist with the work of team members and staff.

Assist with the set up and break down work area each day. Communicate effectively with staff and team members.

Aid team members as needed, such as personal care and medications.

May attend meetings.

Complete daily notes and monthly summaries as required.

Maintain all Medicaid and Zoom Group documentation and training requirements.

Complete all tasks according to the tasks analysis related to the assigned logistics account.

Other duties as assignedQualifications

Capacity to demonstrate CORE4 values.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in the field of disabilities is preferred.

Zoom Group’s mission is to assist persons with disabilities to explore, create, and realize their journey. Our Inspiration In 1952, concerned advocates for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities founded The Council on Developmental Disabilities. The council, which still exists today, along with Seven County Services, in 1986, established Louisville Diversified Services, known today as Zoom Group. Zoom Group was created to provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities opportunities to work and engage socially in their community. The need, recognized by many students graduating from high school, finding themselves without the chance to continue community-based activities, employment, or other programs, was the inspiration. From this inspiration, Zoom Group incorporated and formed several small-based activity programs while concurrently developing employment opportunities to provide vocational training and employment. Job placement and coaching services naturally followed. TODAY, Zoom Group thrives, providing support for nearly 250 individuals through its many programs. Primary services include: LifeWorks, StudioWorks,ZoomU, ZoomWorks
