Candidates should have an M.S. with 5+ years or a Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, focusing on antibody and vaccine formulation and delivery. A strong working knowledge of immune pathways, molecular biology, and formulation approaches is essential.
Role Description
Zoetis Veterinary Medicine Research and Development (VMRD) is seeking an enthusiastic colleague for a challenging and fast-paced position in Biologics Product Development in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The incumbent will lead the design and execution of biologics formulation and delivery strategies for monoclonal antibodies and vaccine products. This role partners closely with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams to develop robust technical solutions, author high-quality technical documentation, and lead or support key organizational initiatives. The scientist will also evaluate and introduce new capabilities and technologies to strengthen the organization’s formulation and delivery platform. The selected individual is expected to bring strong working knowledge of immune pathways, molecular biology, and formulation approaches commonly used in vaccine and antibody formulation development. This colleague will serve as a subject matter expert, contributing broadly across cross-functional programs.
