About the team: The Sr Supply Chain Supervisor – launch management is responsible for leading and supervising the team of direct reports and to ensure the success in the supply chain concepts and implementation for launches of new customers / products or running changes. This position will lead activities that ensure quality and process efficiency while meeting all customer requirements and company goals. This position will oversee all day-to-day activities of launches, engineering changes and special projects in supply chain, in addition to providing daily guidance, and resources for the team to meet objectives within their assignments.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
· 8+ years of progressive supply chain (or related) experience, including 3+ years developing supply chain concepts.
· Strong expertise with SAP or comparable ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Expert knowledge of supply chain principles, sourcing, contracts, and industry best practices.
· Solid understanding of plant operations, supply chain processes, and material/product markets.
· Proven leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to manage priorities and lead teams independently.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, familiarity with lean manufacturing, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
