Jouw rol en impact
Als Site HR Leader l ben je een betrokken sparringpartner en adviseur voor management én medewerkers. Je combineert operationele slagkracht met strategisch inzicht en draagt bij aan een werkomgeving waar mensen zich kunnen ontwikkelen en prettig samenwerken.
Een dag als Site HR Leaderl bij ZF in Delfgauw
Als Site HR Leader is geen dag hetzelfde. Zo start je je dag met een kop koffie en een overleg met een manager over teamontwikkeling, waarna je schakelt met de ondernemingsraad over actuele thema’s. Tussendoor ben je een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, help je bij HR-vraagstukken en werk je met de
Arbodienst aan een passend plan van aanpak. Rond de lunch maak je een wandeling door het mooie gebied in de omgeving, terwijl je met een collega spreekt over zijn ontwikkeling. In de middag verdiep je je in het pensioenproject, stem je het payrollproces af met Finance, zorg je voor heldere HR-rapportages en bereid je het weekoverleg met het MT voor. De dag vliegt voorbij, maar wat blijft is het gevoel dat je écht het verschil hebt gemaakt — voor zowel de organisatie als de mensen die er werken.
