The Leasing Agent manages all aspects of apartment rentals, including conducting tours, processing applications, and overseeing move-in/move-out procedures. They are also responsible for marketing initiatives, resident retention efforts, and maintaining positive community relations.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in residential property management or rental operations. Proficiency in property management software like RealPage or Entrata and strong interpersonal skills are required.

As the Leasing Agent, you will be a key player in our apartment community, reporting to the General Manager. You will handle all aspects of leasing and marketing while ensuring positive resident relations. Your role includes managing apartment rentals, overseeing move-ins and lease renewals, generating and handling leads, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures according to company policies.
