The Customer Service Technician is responsible for handling incoming telephone inquiries, documenting requests, and directing calls to the appropriate team members. They also process refill requests, manage STAT orders, and act as a liaison between the pharmacy, patients, and physician offices.
Candidates must hold an active Pharmacy Tech In Training license from the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy by the start date. Additionally, at least one year of customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Suite are required.
