Key responsibilities
· Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening,
interview coordination, offer rollout, joining, and onboarding for blue-collar,
grey-collar, and staff positions.
· Take ownership of bulk hiring and closure of operational and
factory-related requirements within timelines.
· Manage attendance, leave records, shift coordination, and employee
movement tracking for approximately 200+ employees.
· Coordinate with department heads and management for manpower
planning and workforce allocation.
· Maintain employee records, joining documentation, HR databases,
and compliance-related files.
· Support employee lifecycle activities including induction,
confirmation, transfers, grievances, and exit formalities.
· Ensure discipline, regular follow-up with employees, and smooth
day-to-day HR administration across office and factory operations.
· Build hiring pipelines through consultants, job portals, local
references, field sourcing, and other recruitment channels.
Requirements
· MBA in HR or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.
· Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and generalist HR
activities.
· Must have proven expertise in blue-collar and grey-collar hiring.[3]
· Should be comfortable handling attendance and workforce
coordination for a headcount of around 200 employees.
· Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and people-handling
skills are essential.[3]
