The Regional Manager is responsible for driving regional success by meeting sales and occupancy goals, managing budgets, and overseeing community operations. They provide hands-on leadership to site managers, handle resident relations, and execute recruiting and retention strategies.
The role requires 5 years of supervisory experience and strong leadership and decision-making skills. A college degree in business or finance is preferred, and a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Position Overview:
As a key member of the company’s leadership team, you will drive success in your region by delivering consistent success in sales and occupancy goals, budget development and preparation, and staff retention and development. You will be focusing on closing the gaps between regional operations and your various communities. You will also provide local community support to managers with rent increase renewals, resident application reviews, conflict resolution, and inventory management. In addition, you will execute the region’s pro-active recruiting efforts and develop strategies for team member retention, motivation and high-quality resident satisfaction.
