The Master Fitter is responsible for providing high-quality custom golf club fittings and exceptional client service within a retail store environment. They also manage daily schedules, maintain accurate client data, and support store operations including inventory and order management.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in golf fitting or sales and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record. A high school degree is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred along with strong communication and computer skills.

Description:
The Master Fitter is responsible for retail store-based client engagement and education, performing golf club custom fittings, and providing an overall high level of quality service in all areas of the store. This may also include mobile fitting operations around the store location.

This position works in a retail store/golf shop environment, and mobile fitting environment (Golf Course, Driving Range) Must be able to bend, crouch, sit, stand, and lift. The position is primarily remote-based, but in-store retail hours will be required as needed.
