持續優化品類結構，提升營收品質
定期檢視業務表現，提出具體改善方案

經營與發展關鍵供應商關係，提升整體合作深度與績效
主導商務談判（價格、資源、庫存、檔期等）
持續優化供應商結構，引進具潛力之品牌與商品
3. 商業策略與變現能力
檢視並優化收費結構與變現模式
與行銷及相關部門合作，提升流量轉換與投資報酬率
平衡成長與獲利，提升整體經營效率
4. 跨部門合作與專案推動
與 Marketing、Operations、Product 等團隊緊密合作
推動關鍵專案落地，確保策略有效執行
協調資源以解決業務發展中的關鍵問題
