The Category Manager is responsible for defining and executing category strategies to drive GMV and profit growth while managing brand portfolios and inventory. Responsibilities ■ 品類經營與策略規劃 主導品類年度與季度營運策略制定，設定明確GMV與毛利目標，確保業績穩定成長。 建立完整品牌梯隊與價格帶佈局，優化商品結構與組合策略，提升整體品類競爭力與市占率。 持續優化公司的長期策略規劃，確保與企業目標一致。 評估並引進國內外潛力品牌與趨勢新品（含話題型、小眾與成長型品牌），強化品類差異化。 與品牌／供應商共同規劃商品線、上架節奏與庫存策略，平衡銷售動能與庫存風險。 規劃並執行電商年度重點檔期與專案活動（品牌日、主題策展、促銷專案等），放大流量與轉換效益 與行銷、設計、工程團隊密切協作，優化商品頁內容與消費旅程，提升轉換率與AOV。 定期追蹤並分析核心營運指標（GMV、毛利率、轉換率、庫存週轉率等），掌握品類健康度。 透過數據洞察提出優化方案，動態調整價格策略、商品組合與活動節奏。 串聯行銷、採購、物流與客服等單位，推動跨部門協作並提升整體營運效率。 管控專案時程與品質，確保策略落地並達成營運目標。 整合並擴大資源效益，持續探索創新的市場應對方式。
