Account Development Manager – South Florida

Overview:
Xylem is a leading global water technology company committed to solving critical water challenges through innovative and sustainable solutions. Sensus, a Xylem brand, is seeking an Account Development Manager to drive direct and channel sales growth across the South Florida territory.
In this role, the Account Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing accounts through direct sales and distribution channel management. This position will lead all aspects of the sales process with prospective and current customers, including opportunity development, product presentations and demonstrations, pricing, quotations, and technical and administrative support.
The primary focus of this role will be driving new account sales of 2-way wireless water AMI networks to new name accounts. The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving territory growth objectives, maximizing annual sales and profitability, and developing and executing strategic sales plans in coordination with local distributor partners.
