The specialist will manage the end-to-end order process, including picking, packing, shipping, and customer support. They are also responsible for inventory control, freight handling, and ensuring trade compliance while driving process efficiencies.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess at least 3 years of experience in customer support and logistics. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team are essential for this role.
