The Account Executive is responsible for visiting local businesses to offer and close payment processing solutions. They educate business owners on streamlining transactions to earn activation bonuses and long-term residual commissions.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in merchant services or payment processing. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a strong hunter mentality for self-sourcing leads are required.

Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position offers health benefits, 401K match and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.
