Operate and set up CNC fabrication machines to produce quality metal or plastic parts according to work instructions. Maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System.
Requires demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours.

CNC Operators operate computer-controlled machines to perform machining and fabrication operations on metal or plastic workpieces. This role is responsible for safely producing quality parts by following work instructions, maintaining equipment, supporting continuous improvement, and upholding the Quality Management System at XLT Ovens.
This position performs duties consistently, accurately, timely, safely, and at the lowest feasible cost, while demonstrating pride of workmanship and a team-first mindset.
