Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients and agency partners within the digital advertising ecosystem.

The role involves managing client accounts, understanding campaign requirements, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth campaign delivery, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent networking and relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to client servicing.

Role Responsibilities

● Manage key client and agency relationships and day-to-day communication
● Understand client requirements and ensure high client satisfaction
● Build long-term relationships and identify account growth opportunities

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution and delivery
  
• Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates and insights
  
• Resolve client and campaign-related issues proactively
  

● Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase business
● Build and maintain strong relationships across brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders
● Stay updated on digital advertising trends and market developments

● Work closely with sales, operations, product, and other internal teams
● Ensure clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders

Skills and Experience

● 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Digital Media, Advertising, or AdTech
● Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
● Strong networking and relationship-building skills
● Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills
● Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders
● Strong commercial understanding with an ability to identify growth opportunities
● Proactive, solution-oriented, and strong team player

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in AdTech, digital media, advertising agencies, publishers, or media platforms
● Existing network across brands and agencies
● Exposure to programmatic, performance, branding, or integrated digital campaigns.

Work Model (Important)

• This is a field-driven role in Ho Chi Minh City
  
• Xapads does not operate a physical office in Vietnam
  
• Candidates are expected to work from agency offices, client locations, and professional workspaces
  
• This is not a work-from-home role and requires active presence within the local agency ecosystem
