The Performance Strategy Specialist designs and implements frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness and scalability. They lead cross-functional projects and research initiatives to align strategic priorities with culture and capability.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an honours degree strongly preferred. At least 4 years of experience in strategy, organizational effectiveness, or people-program roles is required, along with strong project management and data-driven decision-making skills.

The Performance Strategy Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously evolving the frameworks, practices, and tools that enable X, bigly labs to perform at its best as it scales. This role blends organisational psychology, design thinking, and disciplined project strategy and execution to strengthen how we structure, lead, and grow our people. This is a role for someone who operates as both strategist and operator: defining problems, building the mechanisms, and leveraging people data in decision making and design approaches. The role carries end-to-end accountability: critical thinking, organisational awareness, business acumen and knowledge, standalone execution and agility.
