They must maintain clear communication with internal departments and customers while ensuring all loading activities adhere to safety policies.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in glass loading and securement. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and the mechanical aptitude to handle securement tools effectively.

The Load Securement Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our Corsicana, TX glass and general freight operations by ensuring loads are safely and properly secured prior to transport. This position works directly with drivers during live loads, prepares and secures preloads, and follows all company and customer safety policies. The role requires strong communication skills, mechanical awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work under time pressure while maintaining safety and accuracy. Success in this position requires attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to maintaining positive working relationships with internal staff and external customers.
A High School Diploma, or equivalent, and at least one (1) year of experience in glass loading and securement. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
