Operate and maintain a central mix concrete batch plant using the RexCon RC3 system to produce high-quality concrete. Supervise and train subordinates, including loader operators and plant helpers, while performing physical labor on site.
Candidates must have concrete crew experience and be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds and be willing to travel between projects.
Batch Plant Laborer
Wage Range: $25 to $28 per hour
WW Clyde is seeking a batch plant operator with general construction experience to join our Denver area team.
Responsibilities:
- Proper operation and maintenance of a central mix concrete batch plant with a RexCon RC3 Batching system
- Will work cooperatively with the placement operations in the production of high-quality concrete at the times and volumes required by the placement crews
- Responsible for the training and performance of all assigned subordinates (loader operators charging plant, plant helpers and others as assigned).
- Perform physical labor at construction sites
- May operate hand and power tools of all types
- Able and willing to work on several projects at one time
- Ability to focus on tasks at hand
- Must work well with others
- Regular and timely attendance is essential and must conform to the company's hours of operation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have concrete crew experience
- Willing to travel
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift/push/pull at least 20 pounds
