The Quality Officer develops and executes a vision for world-class clinical quality and safety across the health system. This includes implementing safety initiatives, fostering a culture of safety, and overseeing performance improvement models and reporting structures.
A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field and five years of experience in healthcare quality and safety management are required. A master's degree, CPHQ certification, and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma are preferred.
