The Project Manager will oversee localisation projects for marketing materials, coordinating schedules and workflows across cross-functional teams and creative networks. They are responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while managing client expectations and resource allocation.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of project management or traffic experience within an agency or creative department. Proficiency in managing multi-market creative workflows and the ability to work full-time on-site at the client's office are essential.

What would a Project Manager (Freelance On-site) do at Hogarth?
As a Project Manager (Freelance On-site), you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. Working closely with our client's Marcom Project Managers and a network of creative talents from various markets across South East Asia (SEA), you'd also engage with other cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. You'd constantly need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are well managed. Your primary tasks include organising and coordinating schedules, distributing workload, tracking progress of projects.
We require a dedicated, full-time freelance Project Manager who can reliably commit to on-site work at our client's One North location. Project assignments will involve 3-5 weeks of full-time, on-site presence each week. There will be 4-5 on-site engagements per year - hence we need a freelancer who can commit to on-site work arrangement.
