The Dispatcher ensures all collections and deliveries are completed timely and safely while monitoring driver activities and route efficiency. They are also responsible for maintaining professional communication with vendors, airlines, and internal departments to ensure shipment success.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of dispatch experience in the logistics field. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to lift up to 70lbs in a warehouse environment are required.

THIS ROLE OFFERS A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS THAT WILL BE PAID OUT AS FOLLOWS:
$500 AFTER 3 MONTHS OF FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT (1ST PAYMENT)
$500 AFTER 6 MONTHS OF FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT (2ND & FINAL PAYMENT)
The Dispatcher is responsible for ensuring that all collections and deliveries are completed. They will also be responsible for monitoring the activities of the Drivers ensuring ensure that all goods are collected and delivered in a timely manner, safely and in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
Minimum 1 year of prior dispatch experience in the logistics field
Proficiency with MS office, windows OS, email and internet usage/research
Knowledge of computer operations sufficient to enter, retrieve and manipulate data with attention to detail.
Effectively prioritize situations and make decisions based on the information received
Able to handle multiple tasks to receive and communicate information to and from several sources ensuring calls for service are dispatched and monitored in a timely manner
Work under stressful conditions and react appropriately using good judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of geography preferred, not required
Professional and positive attitude
Effective time management skills
Self-confidence, creativity and ingenuity
