We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support our CEO in New York. This is a highly trusted, hands-on role for someone who is proactive, organized, discreet, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day calendar administration and scheduling, working closely with the Senior EA on priorities

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and changes to the CEO’s schedule

• Manage personal and family logistics, appointments, and errands

• Coordinate travel day-to-day with the travel agent, ensuring all arrangements are accurate and aligned with the calendar

• Manage reservations, expenses, gifts, and other personal requests

• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical issues

• Handle sensitive personal and professional information with complete discretion

• Be available to handle changing priorities and time-sensitive requests when required
