The role focuses on assisting retail partners in Slovenia to maximize their success on the platform by improving operational metrics and offers. Responsibilities include planning marketing activities, selling new products, and coordinating with internal teams to troubleshoot partner challenges.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer support, or retail operations. A bachelor's degree and fluency in both Slovenian and English are required, along with proficiency in data tools like Looker or Power BI.

We’re now looking for a Retail Development Specialist to join our team and help our retail partners succeed while expanding Wolt in Slovenia.
In this role, your main focus will be to assist our retail partners in maximizing their success, while taking an active role in planning marketing activities, selling new products, improving operational metrics, and offering general day-to-day support.
1–2 years in account management, customer support, retail ops, or similar.
