Overview

Exec is recruiting sales enablement consultants into our Solutions Partner program.

Enablement lives and dies on two things, adoption and measurement, and both are hard to control from outside the building. Exec puts them in your hands. Turn certification programs into structured paths with roleplay gates reps have to pass. Transform messaging and talk tracks into scenarios that reps rehearse before launch. Your scorecards run against real recorded calls, so you can show the client which behaviors changed and connect your program to pipeline. You earn a revenue share when the client adopts the platform.

About the role

This is a revenue-share partnership rather than a salaried or hourly position. Exec pays partners commissions and referral fees on the business they bring, and partners charge their own clients directly for their consulting work. If you are looking for W-2 employment or guaranteed income, this program will not be a fit. The platform combines AI roleplays, call scoring, structured programs, courses, and coaching. Exec is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and never uses customer data to train models.

• Active client engagements as an independent enablement consultant or fractional enablement leader
• A track record building onboarding, certification, and readiness programs for revenue teams
• Five or more years in sales enablement, whether in-house or as a consultant
• Comfort recommending and implementing software as part of your engagements
• Bonus points for an existing audience through a newsletter, LinkedIn following, community, or podcast
• 30% of everything a client pays Exec for their first twelve months when they sign up through your partner link
• 15% of first-year subscription fees on registered sales-led deals, even when our sales team runs the entire process, with ninety-day deal protection and extensions for active deals
• Your services revenue stays yours. Bundle Exec into larger engagements, administer client workspaces, and invoice clients directly. Exec takes no cut of your consulting fees
• Adoption you can drive. Onboarding, certification, and launch readiness become structured programs with roleplay gates reps have to clear, so your program gets used instead of shelved
• Measurement built in. Skill trends and call scores connect your program to real rep behavior, so you can show the client what changed
• A listing in the Exec partner directory, with inquiries routed to you
• Co-marketing with our team, including joint content, webinars, and launches
• Early access to new platform capabilities
