The role focuses on analyzing the business health of group companies to identify growth opportunities and remove operational bottlenecks. It involves driving alignment through shared KPIs and negotiating commercial agreements to create synergies across the tech group.
Candidates need 3-7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or M&A, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related technical field is required.
Diagnose & advise: Analyze the business health of group companies (financial, operations, tech), spot bottlenecks and risks, and propose practical opportunities to unlock growth.
Build trust-based partnerships: Act as a neutral, trusted bridge — listening to the needs and constraints of each company's leadership to ensure support from HQ is relevant and actionable.
Drive alignment: Design and run the rhythm of business (shared OKRs/KPIs, quarterly reviews) to keep every company moving in the same direction without losing agility.
Unlock & execute: Go beyond directing — roll up your sleeves to remove cross-company roadblocks, coordinate resources, and follow through until initiatives succeed.
Create synergy: Identify and drive opportunities across companies — cross-selling, bundled solutions, product/data/AI integration, shared infrastructure and vendors — to grow revenue, cut costs, and move faster.
Negotiate commercially: Structure and negotiate fair, value-based agreements on shared resources, budgets, and cross-company terms that expand the pie for everyone.
3–7 years in Strategy, Business Operations, Business Development, Management Consulting, Strategic Partnership, Product Strategy, M&A, or Investment — with a track record of driving cross-team or cross-company initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the software/tech ecosystem.
Ability to analyze business models, revenue models, cost structures, unit economics, and key business drivers to inform decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority.
Critical thinking — able to break complex problems into clear roadmaps.
Strong commercial negotiation skills, with a value-based approach.
Empathy, integrity, and the ability to build long-term trust with founders and leadership.
