The Product Manager will translate business needs and customer feedback into clear technical tickets for the development team. They are responsible for documenting product workflows, running QA on completed features, and ensuring visibility of work through standups and tracking.
Candidates should be highly organized, technical-minded, and proficient in using AI tools to increase productivity. While a college degree is not required, the ability to turn vague problems into clear plans and document processes is essential.

Wise Pelican is hiring a Product Manager to help turn our product ideas, our business needs, our customer feedback, and our developer work into clean, documented, and organized execution.
Our ideal pelican will be very close to the work we push out for our clients. You’ll learn how our products deeply, understand what major goals we’re trying to accomplish, and help make sure our development work is visible, organized, and making the intended impact.
This role is a great fit for someone who likes product, likes organization, likes cleaning up messes, and gets weirdly satisfied getting things out of peoples’ brains and into a place that can be accessed by all. This could very well be your first step into the SaaS world.
Wise Pelican’s goal is simple: to make direct mail marketing as simple and straightforward as possible for our customers. We are keeping our startup mentality while scaling into a growth phase, and we are looking for team members ready to make an impact.
This position is a full-time, in-office position located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Compensation: This role is currently benchmarked between $55,000 - $60,000/year. Offered compensation is based on merit and relevant qualifications.
