The role involves providing legal support across commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters, including drafting agreements and managing board documentation. Additionally, the associate will analyze new regulations and advise on GDPR developments globally.
Candidates must have completed a training contract (NQ level) and possess strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Previous in-house experience is preferred but not essential.
