This is an in-office position in San Francisco because we believe great sellers are built by learning alongside experienced teammates. The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting while learning how to sell one of the most exciting technologies in enterprise software.

You'll work closely with your Account Executive, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to execute territory strategies, support demand generation campaigns, and engage prospective customers through thoughtful, personalized outreach.

You'll also learn how modern AI transforms selling by incorporating Claude, Wisdom.ai, and other AI tools into your daily workflow—from account research and call preparation to messaging and follow-up.

What You'll Do

Execute a Call-First Outbound Strategy

• Execute disciplined outbound prospecting with cold calling as your primary pipeline generation channel.

• Maintain high daily call activity supported by personalized email, LinkedIn, voicemail, and multi-touch outreach.

• Engage prospective customers through thoughtful conversations that uncover business priorities and create opportunities.

• Navigate objections, gatekeepers, and complex organizations with professionalism and persistence.

• Consistently generate qualified meetings through disciplined execution.

Partner on Territory Strategy

• Partner with your assigned Account Executive to prioritize target accounts and develop territory plans.

• Execute strategic account-based outreach.

• Support marketing campaigns, webinars, executive events, and conference follow-up.

• Build relationships across target accounts while creating new opportunities.

Sell Smarter with AI

AI is part of how we sell.

Every SDR is expected to leverage AI daily to become more prepared, more personalized, and more productive.

You'll use Claude, Wisdom.ai, and other AI technologies to:

• Research companies and industries.

• Understand executive priorities and business initiatives.

• Summarize annual reports, earnings calls, and news.

• Build personalized outreach.

• Prepare call plans and discovery questions.

• Analyze conversations and continuously improve your messaging.

AI doesn't replace great sellers.

It helps great sellers become even better.

Generate Pipeline

• Conduct discovery conversations that identify business challenges and opportunities.

• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

• Execute disciplined follow-up across multiple channels.

• Meet or exceed weekly activity, meeting, and pipeline commitments.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot.

• Document conversations, next steps, and customer insights.

• Utilize modern sales technologies including HubSpot, Orum, Amplemarket, and AI-powered tools.

• Execute campaigns with consistency and attention to detail.

Continuous Development

• Participate in coaching, call reviews, role-playing sessions, and sales enablement.

• Learn Wisdom.ai's platform, messaging, and competitive positioning.

• Develop your discovery, storytelling, objection handling, and qualification skills.

• Continuously improve your craft through feedback, practice, and experimentation.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting experience preferred.

• Strong cold-calling skills and confidence speaking with business professionals.

• Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM.

• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Orum, Amplemarket, Outreach, Apollo, or similar tools.

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve productivity is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organization and time management.

• Self-motivated with a growth mindset.

• Ability to work full-time from our San Francisco office.
