Responsibilities

The specialist is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of the Integrated Management System across more than 20 global sites. This includes coordinating ISO certification audits, managing process documentation, and promoting a strong quality culture throughout the organization.

Requirements

Candidates must have a university degree in quality management, engineering, or business, with at least 5 years of experience in quality systems. Certification as an implementer or lead auditor in ISO standards is required, along with fluency in English.

Quality & Integrated Management System Specialist

 

 

The Q&IMS Specialist will report to the Global IMS Lead and will be responsible for supporting the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of SICPA’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and related activities.

 


ROLE:

 

  • Coordinate SICPA’s IMS activities across more than 20 sites worldwide.
  • Maintain and control process mapping and system documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide support and training to business process owners and IMS officers on ISO standards and the SICPA Group Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, ISO 27001, and others.
  • Support the deployment and expansion of the IMS to newly acquired or established sites, ensuring full alignment with corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with auditors on Process Compliance Assessments (PCAs) and internal audits, acting as auditor or team leader to ensure consistent application of standards and continuous improvement across all sites.
  • Coordinate external ISO certification audits and provide support during customer audits.
  • Manage external IMS-related suppliers, including consultants and certification bodies.
  • Oversee and support migration of IMS-related IT tools, including the Document Control System, iGrafx for process mapping, and BPA for managing audits, non-conformities, and improvement actions.
  • Manage and coordinate customer’s process-related questionnaires, satisfaction surveys and annual reviews.
  • Promote a strong quality culture throughout the organization. 

 

PROFILE:

 

  • University degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality systems and integrated management systems, preferably within companies operating in multiple countries.
  • Certified Implementer in at least one of the standards ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, or 27001, and preferably also a certified lead auditor.
  • Proven experience leading ISO certification programs (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), ideally in a multiple-site structure.Experience managing internal audits and third-party assessments.
  • Proficiency in IMS tools and documentation control systems.
  • Familiarity with automation and data analytics tools, such Power Automate and Power BI, is highly valued.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with ability to work effectively in cross-functional & multicultural teams.
  • Fluency in English is required and proficiency in French would be appreciated.
