Overview
Scope of Position: The Coordinator, Operations & Student Care supports the execution of community programming, provides relational student care, and contributes to the overall health of the residential community through operational coordination and ministry presence. This individual supports students through both acute needs and leadership development opportunities while helping increase staff presence where additional care and support are needed. This role is designed as a developmental opportunity with exposure to multiple aspects of the College Program ministry and provides administrative support to the Director, College Program.

Responsibilities
Manages projects within defined parameters and with minimal supervision
Coordinates scheduling of student leader meetings
Provides support to Program Manager in planning and execution of catalytic events
Provides support to Specialist, Enrollment and Operations in coordinating applicant tours and applicant interview visits
Develops, composes, and edits WinShape student newsletter
Develops and maintains accurate databases and documentation of student body information, including contact information, CliftonStrengths, life purpose, and campus involvement
Coordinates purchases and processes expenses made by student leaders, including Core Group Leaders and Community Impact Team Leaders
Builds relational trust with students, particularly those with acute support needs and high leadership potential
Supports increased staff presence and care within the residential community
Contributes to a healthy and connected student culture through operational and relational support
Provides telephone coverage, handles mail and correspondence
Provides student care for acute student needs and high potential student leaders
Performs additional duties and tasks assigned by the Director, WinShape College Program
Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Completion of the WinShape College Program in the past five years.
Able to perform multiple tasks while leading multiple projects
Proficient in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone, email, correspondence, and face-to-face communication
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Asana and Microsoft Teams preferred
Maintains a servant perspective, even in the midst of difficulties
Exercises a high level of initiative and conscientiousness
Ability to deal diplomatically with a wide range of personalities
A self-professing Christ follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis
Possess a valid driver’s license and has an acceptable driving record
