The Pool Monitor ensures the safety and cleanliness of the community pool by enforcing rules and monitoring guest activity. They are responsible for reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards to management while assisting with opening and closing procedures.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with previous experience in customer service or security preferred. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Job Summary:
The Pool Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and proper use of the community pool area. This position helps enforce pool rules, monitors resident and guest activity, and reports any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or rule violations to management.
Important Note:
Pool Monitors are not lifeguards and are not responsible for water rescues. Their role is to observe, enforce community rules, and contact emergency services when necessary.
Schedule:
Part-time hours on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed during pool season.
