Associate Systems Analyst I
Widelity is seeking an Associate Systems Analyst I as an entry-level member of the Information Technology team responsible for supporting business systems, reporting, workflow automation, and end-user technology services. Working closely with senior IT staff, this role assists with report development, business application administration, process automation initiatives, and technical support activities across the organization.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience across multiple areas of IT. The successful candidate will receive training in SQL, database concepts, reporting, workflow automation, and business systems administration while contributing to day-to-day technology operations and organizational initiatives.
As a member of a small IT team, the individual will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of technologies and projects while developing both technical and business process expertise. Success in this role requires curiosity, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. This is a fully remote position.
Associate Systems Analyst I responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Business Systems & Reporting
- Develop and maintain reports using SQL and reporting tools.
- Analyze reporting requirements and translate business needs into meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Respond to and prioritize reporting requests from internal stakeholders.
- Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Assist with data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Support the administration and enhancement of business applications and workflow systems.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Assist with workflow design, testing, and implementation.
- Support business process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Participate in system testing and solution validation activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
IT Operations & User Support
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Support user account administration and access management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
- Participate in help desk ticket resolution and end-user support activities.
- Assist with workstation deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
Projects & Team Support
- Participate in technology implementation and improvement projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Assist with system administration and operational tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental and organizational goals.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and technical concepts quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Unwavering commitment to asset protection and cybersecurity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework, academic projects, or internship experience involving databases, reporting, analytics, programming, or information systems.
- Familiarity with SQL concepts and relational databases.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Exposure to business process analysis, workflow concepts, or technology support environments.
- Experience using Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Starting Salary range of $60-64K/year
- This is a fully remote position.
