Assist the Executive Chef in supervising all kitchen operations, including food preparation, staff training, and inventory management. Ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation for all dining experiences provided to club members.
Requires proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end dining or club environment with strong culinary and leadership skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Executive Chef in supervising all kitchen operations, including food preparation, staff training, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. This role requires a passionate leader who values culinary innovation, teamwork, and the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.
