The Associate is responsible for guiding guests through the wash experience, performing vehicle preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the site. They also support sales growth by managing memberships and providing excellent customer service.
This is a hands-on, physical role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform general site upkeep. Candidates must be able to follow safety procedures and maintain professional conduct at all times.
