The team member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with membership sales, and managing account changes. They also perform physical site maintenance, operate wash equipment, and ensure the facility remains clean and safe.
This is a hands-on, physical role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and performing general site upkeep tasks.
