As an Associate Director, Client Services, you'll lead the successful delivery of integrated creator marketing campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands. You'll own complex client partnerships from strategy through execution, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional creative work, outstanding client experiences, and measurable business results.
This is a highly collaborative leadership role where you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor and develop team members, and identify opportunities to grow strategic partnerships. If you're passionate about the Creator Economy, thrive in fast-moving environments, and love building lasting client relationships, you'll play a key role in helping brands connect with culture through creators.
As part of the Client Services team, you'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, from briefing through execution, while balancing creativity, commercial performance, and operational excellence.
Based in Farringdon, London, we embrace a flexible hybrid model. We ask our team to work from the office two to three days a week, with Tuesday and Thursday serving as our "anchor days." These days are dedicated to collaborating in person and celebrating Whalar’s vibrant culture together
