Weyerhaeuser’s Longview Lumber facility in Longview, Washington is seeking a Journey Level Saw Filer to join our team of dedicated professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, safety-focused environment where your expertise will be valued and your contributions will make a real impact.
This is a bargaining unit position represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Woodworkers Local Lodge W536. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work multiple shifts, including nights and weekends.

This position is designated by WY as a safety-sensitive position. Please be advised that due to the designation of this position as safety-sensitive, you will be subject to pre-employment testing for cannabis and its metabolites.
Compensation: Your wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site. Effective June 2, we are targeting a pay range of $35.765 to $40.340 per hour based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience.
Benefits: When you join our team, you and your family will be covered by our comprehensive health benefits plan, which includes medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. We also support personal volunteerism, sponsor a host of diversity networks, promote mentoring, and provide training and development opportunities to help you chart your path to a fulfilling career.
Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5%25 of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: This position receives paid vacation eligibility in accordance with our union collective bargaining agreement. We offer paid vacation and holidays, more information can be provided upon request.
