Oversee all field operations for complex multi-family construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Lead and mentor field staff and subcontractors while coordinating with project managers and ownership to drive operational excellence.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of construction supervision experience, preferably in multi-family projects, and a high school diploma. Must possess OSHA 30-hour and CPR/First-Aid certifications, a valid CA Driver's License, and proficiency in construction management software.
