2x Investor Relations Officer – Wealth Operations
Full time, Permanent Role
Based at Takutai Square
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Looking for a step up from a Contact Centre, Claims, Case Management or Administration role?
We're looking for two Investor Relations Officers to join our Wealth Operations team, supporting Westpac's KiwiSaver and Managed Funds customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, making decisions, and helping customers through important life events. Whether it's supporting a customer's first home withdrawal, helping someone experiencing financial hardship, or resolving a complex enquiry, you'll play an important role in delivering great customer outcomes.
You'll be joining a team that's supportive, collaborative and committed to delivering great outcomes for our customers every day.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same. Your work will include:
Assessing KiwiSaver withdrawal applications, including first home and hardship requests
Investigating and resolving customer enquiries and escalations
Processing payments and transactions accurately
Supporting customers, solicitors and internal teams with information and requests
Completing compliance and AML checks
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
You don't need previous KiwiSaver or Wealth experience to be successful in this role.
We're interested in people who:
Have experience in a customer-focused role such as Contact Centre, Claims, Banking, Insurance or Administration
Enjoy investigating issues and finding solutions
Have strong attention to detail and can follow processes confidently
Communicate clearly and professionally
Can manage their workload and adapt to changing priorities
Bring a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
This role offers a great pathway into Wealth Operations and Financial Services, with plenty of opportunities to build specialist knowledge and develop your career.
If you're looking for your next challenge and want to build on your customer service, administration or case management experience, we'd love to hear from you.
