Provide drawing control support and training while ensuring process safety information is complete and accessible. Manage the lifecycle of engineering drawings, including correcting CAD x-reference issues and coordinating as-built updates in Meridian.
Requires a university degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience with at least two years in document or records management. Proficiency in EDMSLink, BIM-JIRA, MS Access, and Excel is required.
Document Control Specialist / Records Management
Location: Edmonton, AB / Superior, WI / Duluth, MN
Duration 1 year
Work Model: Hybrid (Mon, Tues, Thurs office / Weds, Fri home)
You will provide drawing control support for all partners, this includes support services navigating and working in the drawing management system, managing access and control, and providing drawing management system training. You will also ensure that process safety information - in the form of engineering drawings - is complete and easily accessible to all users of Liquid Pipelines (LP) drawings.
