The Farm Manager assists in managing the production unit by optimizing human, financial, and natural resources to maximize yield and quality. Responsibilities include overseeing farming programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing staff recruitment and development.
Candidates must hold a Grade 12 certificate and a degree in Agriculture or a relevant qualification. At least 3 years of experience on a subtropical fruit farm and knowledge of export fruit accreditations are required.

Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Senior Farm Manager, the position will assist in managing the production unit through the effective utilization of all its natural, human and financial resources to maximize production yields and quality in the respective section whilst assisting in controlling costs
