The Production Supervisor manages daily operations, leading and training team members to ensure the safe and efficient manufacturing of quality food products. Key duties include monitoring GMP compliance, managing payroll and staffing, and reporting production variances and costs.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and proficiency in computer skills, preferably Google Suite. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work in varying temperatures and stand for long periods.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for daily production in the area of responsibility. Leading and training production team members in the production area of responsibility ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of quality products in a manner that is consistent with company policies and procedures.
