Coordinate and provide restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services to maximize participant independence and safety. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans and functional training.
Requires a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and a valid California Occupational Therapy License. Preference is given to candidates with a master's degree and two years of experience working with frail or elderly populations.

The Occupational Therapist coordinates and provides restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services, working closely with the PACE Physician, rehabilitation staff, and other IDT members to maximize participant independence and safety, as well as enhance performance of ADLs.
We are seeking Occupational Therapists that ideally have outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience. If you’re ready to join a holistic care team that values both its patients and its providers, we’d love to hear from you!
