The architect will work on high-profile global projects, focusing on design development and technical detailing for cultural, retail, and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities include creating construction drawings and solving complex architectural interfaces through innovative thinking.
Candidates must have a professional degree in Architecture and 5-8+ years of experience at a leading international firm. Proficiency in BIM and 3D modeling software like Revit and Rhinoceros, along with fluency in English, is required.

We are currently looking for an Architect to join our Shanghai office:
Skills:
Professional Bachelors or Master degree in Architecture, or the equivalent
5-8 years or above of experience as an architect or designer at a leading international design firm, with involvement in built projects
Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills, with demonstrated creativity in design development and detailing.
Proven experience in cultural, large-scale retail, commercial or mixed-use projects.
Technical problem solver with the ability to work out architectural solutions through innovative thinking (documented through construction and shop drawings/details)
Extensive experience with façade, architecture, and interior detailing and interfaces
Excellent knowledge of products, materials and construction methods, especially in Asia
Experience in writing performance specifications
Proactive, self-motivated, and team-focused, with a commitment to continual learning and mentoring
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional fluency in Cantonese is preferred
Strong proficiency in Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of D5 Render is a plus
