🚀 Alternance Assistant(e) Responsable Marketing Enseigne 🌿
Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance d’un an, ou d’un stage à partir de septembre jusqu’à la fin de l’année, au cœur du pôle développement des ventes, à mi-chemin entre commerce et marketing, dans une entreprise engagée dans le bio et le mieux-manger ? Ça tombe bien, nous avons une place pour toi !
📍Où ça ? - Ecotone, Saint Genis Laval, Métro B, arrêt Hôpital Lyon Sud
📅 Quand ? - Dès septembre 2026, pour une alternance d’un an ou un stage jusqu’à fin décembre
💼 Ton rôle ? - Épauler le Responsable Marketing Enseigne dans des missions ultra dynamiques !
La mission qu’on te propose est chez Bonneterre et Cie et concerne donc les magasins spécialisés bio (un marché de 12 Milliards d’euros de CA, tout de même).
Bonneterre, c’est 5 marques, 700 produits, des produits gourmands, et surtout bio. Donc si tu aimes manger, et que tu as la fibre écolo, alors c’est peut-être la boite de tes rêves !
Concrètement, quel est le rôle du RME ?
Il est garant des performances de ses produits dans ses enseignes. Il analyse les performances de ses produits chez ses clients Grands Comptes, et leur fait des recommandations : choix des produits, recommandation merchandising, vente des nouveautés, etc. En interne, il a un rôle clé, il est le lien entre le marketing et le commerce. Il aide le marketing à la sortie de nouveauté (potentiel, prévision des ventes, etc).
En tant qu’assistant(e) RME, voici ce qui t’attend :
Externe
✅Suivi et analyse les performances des enseignes, des catégories et des produits
✅Rendez-vous clients
✅Recommandations d’assortiment
✅Veille concurrentielle (parfois en magasins)
✅Vente des nouveautés
🚀L’objectif à terme ? Que tu gères tes propres clients comme un RME : suivi de tes comptes, RDV clients, vente des nouveautés, RDV catégoriel, etc.
Interne :
✅Mettre à jour & analyse de nos tableaux de bord (assortiment, détention,...)
✅Accompagnement du marketing sur le lancement des nouveautés
✅Revue de catégorie sur nos gammes stratégiques

👉 Étudiant(e) en Bac+4/5 en commerce/vente (IAE, école de commerce, ingénieur…)
👉 Analytique, multi-tâches et autonome

👉 Tu aimes travailler avec différents interlocuteurs : RME, KAM, marketing, administration des ventes, etc.
